Frequently Asked Questions
Is this good for solo travellers?
Absolutely! Fixed date trips are perfect for solo travellers. You'll join a small group of like-minded adventurers, share costs, and make new friends along the way. Many of our guests travel solo.
What does 'Limited availability' mean?
Limited availability means only 1-2 spots remain for that departure. We recommend booking quickly if you see this status, as these dates tend to fill up fast.
What if the minimum group isn't reached?
We require a minimum of 3 people for each departure. If we don't reach this number by the cut-off date (usually 7 days before), you can either switch to another date at no extra cost, or receive a full refund within 5 business days.
How do refunds work?
If you cancel more than 14 days before departure, you receive a full refund minus processing fees. Between 7-14 days, 50% is refunded. Less than 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date.
When do I pay the remaining amount?
You pay a 30% deposit at booking to reserve your seat. The remaining 70% is due 7 days before your departure date. We'll send you a reminder.
Can I change my dates?
Yes! You can change to any other available departure date up to 7 days before your original date, subject to availability. No change fees apply for the first change.
What's included / excluded?
Each trip includes accommodation, meals (as specified), transport, experienced guides, permits, and camping equipment for treks. Excluded: flights to Leh, personal gear, travel insurance, tips, and items not mentioned in inclusions.
Can I join last minute once I'm in Leh?
Yes! If there are spots available, you can join even 24-48 hours before departure. Contact us on WhatsApp for real-time availability. We often accommodate walk-in bookings.
