Booking & Cancellation FAQ

How does the booking process work?
After you submit your booking request, our team will review it and send you a confirmation email within 24 hours. The email will include bank transfer details for the deposit payment. Your spot is reserved once the deposit is received.
How much is the deposit?
We require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining 70% is due 30 days before the trip start date.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before departure. 50% refund if cancelled 15-29 days before. No refund within 14 days of departure. We recommend travel insurance.
Can I change my dates after booking?
Yes, date changes are free of charge if requested at least 21 days before the original start date, subject to availability.
Is travel insurance required?
While not mandatory, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers high-altitude trekking, medical evacuation, and trip cancellation.
